Irene had struggled for years with periodontal (gum) disease and had been seeing a periodontist (gum specialist) for her routine dental cleanings. In spite of her best efforts, she was forced to loose her 2 front teeth due to gum infection.
Implants were not an option for her due to bone loss, but she was able to replace her hopeless front teeth with a fixed (non-removable) porcelain bridge.
At no time during the process did she have to go without any front teeth, since a custom temporary was placed during the very same appointment that the teeth were removed.
She loves her new smile and has no sensitivity or difficulty eating anything!
